Financing & Payment Options Available
When you arrive, you'll see the dentist, who will examine your mouth and talk with you about any dental issues you are having. He or she will discuss treatment options at that time. When you have agreed on a treatment plan and are ready to proceed, payment for services is usually required at that time.
Our goal is to provide you with the best estimated cost for the services you choose. Sometimes, due to clinical issues specific to your case, additional services could be required. In such cases, the dentist will consult with you prior to providing the services.
We also want you to know what you can expect to pay before your visit, so that you can make an informed decision.
Payment & Financing
The affiliated practices providing Dixie Dental accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and, in most cases, checks with valid ID (please confirm prior to your appointment to ensure this option is available).
Financing at our practice is available through the CareCredit credit card*, and Proceed Finance*. To apply for credit, click on the links below and complete the online application. Please talk with a member of our practice team for more information on our specific credit financing policies.
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that helps you pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses for you and your family! If approved, you can use it again and again to help manage health costs not covered by insurance. Please contact our practice to see what promotional financing options are available.
About Proceed Finance
Proceed Finance offers flexible fixed loan terms with a monthly payment option for almost every budget.
- Simple, efficient online application process and instant credit decisions
- Full-amount approvals for a wide range of credit quality
- Clear, simple, and concise loan documents
Proceed Finance loans are provided by Security First Bank, a Nebraska state-chartered bank.
*Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required. Please see practice for details.
If you have dental insurance, the practice will provide an appropriate dental walk-out statement. While most practices do not directly file insurance claims, you save money by filing the claim yourself. Our fees are so low that the total cost for services you receive is frequently less than the co-pay you are required to pay to your insurance carrier. The practice staff can help you calculate the costs so you can make the best decision.
Payment from Third-Party Care Providers
Many of the affiliated dental practices have established agency or third-party care provider relationships with government and social service organizations, nursing homes, retirement home facilities, hospices, hospitals and home health agencies. Organizations like Veterans Affairs often use the denture services offered by the affiliated practices to supplement the services they provide within the VAMC.
